This year DeeBodyArchitect LLC & BodiesByPhil LLC  is hosting  An Annual Sports Day Event on July 29,2023. This  day will be filled with fun and competitive events; like ball throws, tug of war , dizzy bat, relays, obstacle courses and much more. We will also have food and refreshments available for all in attendance. This will be a fun opportunity for kids and parents to play and make new fitness friends and even past time with old friends; but our number one goal is to bring health and wellness to our community in a fun and active way.

Dear participants, here is the expected itinerary for the Annual Sports Day Event.Once again thanks for your participation and help to make this event spectacular. 

The GAMES Itinerary :

9:00 A.M. -10:00 A.M - late registration & pre briefing 

9:45 A.M. -10:00 A.M. - warm up & 100 Meter Race line up

10:00 A.M.- Men's 100 M race / Women’s 100 M race. Men’s 400 M relay / Women’s 400 M relay

10:45 A.M.- 11:00- Assigning of teams  & Dizzy Bat line up 

11:00 A.M.- Group Dizzy Bat Relay  (5 members per team)

11:30 A.M.-11:50 A.M.- warmup & Ball throw line up. (ladies and Men)

12:00 P.M.- Ball throws followed by lunch break! Socialize & Network. 

2:00 P.M.- tug of war battle (5 members per team) 

2:45 P.M. -3:45 P.M.- obstacle Course style racing. 

4:00 P.M.- Awards & Closing Remarks.
