Yoga Therapy 1O1: Finding the Space

Freedom based themed yoga session. For all ages and levels. In honor of Martin Luther King we will be setting intentions on "freedom" and what it means to you. Please bring your own yoga mat and yoga blocks for the class. Mask are required.
