🍇🥑🍋5 servings of fruits and veggies comes out to about 2 ½ cups every day. It’s tempting to fill this requirement by adding a ton of sugar to your strawberries, drowning your salad with dressing, or deep-frying the life out of your potatoes.

That doesn’t mean you’re stuck eating raw apples and steamed broccoli forever. This is a change to get creative! Try having a fruit smoothie for breakfast, or a veggie-packed stir-fry for lunch. Incorporating (or even hiding) fruits and veggies into meals can be a lot easier than sitting down with a pack of baby carrots.🥕🥑🍌🍓
